From Dining: We may collect any Personal Information that you choose to provide, for example, an email address or phone number, so we can contact you. We keep a record of details that pertain to when you dined; for example, the date you dined and the size of your party.

From Website: We may collect any Personal Information that you choose to provide us; for example, on an online form. We collect any Personal Information that is required to process an online order, such as your name, email address, postal address, and payment information.

We gather various types of information, including information that identifies or may identify you as an individual (“Personal Information”) as explained in more detail below.

From MeltSO Maniacs: We collect any Personal Information that requires us to create an account for you; for example, an email address, so we can send you email communications and vouchers. The other types of information we collect to customize marketing efforts to you include name, postal address, and phone number. Emails from MeltSO Maniacs may tell us whether you have received or opened the email or clicked a link in the email.

Information We Automatically Collect:

Is your personal information secure?

We use appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. You can confirm this by noting the small yellow lock which appears on the bottom of your browser window during the checkout process.

We transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company only during order processing. All reporting and order confirmations utilize number masking in accordance with payment card industry data security standards.

Credit card information is stored in our database using triple-DES encryption algorithms, to guarantee that, even if someone were able to gain access to the data, nothing useful could be extracted.

Unfortunately, no company or service can guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of information at any time. You must prevent unauthorized access to your accounts and Personal Information by selecting and protecting any passwords appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but please be aware some information may be needed to register, process, or take advantage of some of our features and offers.

You can opt-out of receiving certain promotional or marketing communications from us (e.g. MeltSO Maniacs) at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in the email communications we send.

How can you exercise your data subject rights?

Our privacy team will examine your request and respond to you as quickly as possible.
